I hold space for others to explore the landscapes of their inner lives, to notice the threads of emotion and desire inviting them toward a deeper encounter of self, of the other, of nature, and of the Great Mystery that many call God.
I welcome opportunities to hold space for folks from a variety of backgrounds, histories and traditions.
I live, work and play on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Stó:lō Coast Salish peoples.

Spiritual Direction.
Spiritual direction is a hospitable space where your story can simply be heard and held by another, gently and free of judgment.
It's an invitation to explore your inner life more attentively, in a "working alliance" with a director, to notice and wonder about the longings, emotions and embodied responses that arise out of everyday life. To wonder 'Who am I?' or 'What am I for?' or 'Where is God?'
It's not about fixing, engineering change, managing issues or solving problems. It's about inviting compassionate encounter with your whole self, and with an Other who welcomes you, however you are, in every moment.
One-on-one sessions typically take place monthly and last for 50 minutes. I offer sessions in person at my quiet home near Cultus Lake, or by phone.
